This is from a 2 ounce sample. I let this sit for 20min before the tasting. On the nose I first get honey, then a peanut butter toffee and fresh/ sweet cut red apples, with a slight alcohol and dry note on the end. This whisky really comes alive on the palate. It's sweet, salty and dry. This coats every part of your mouth. The finish is long, dry, and chewy. Solid dram and would consider picking up!
