A- gold/ light amber
S-charred oak, carmel, vanilla, apricot
T- blast of charred spicy oak. Then slight sweetness. Slight funky fruitiness.
Finishes with a lingering tobacco, leather aspect. Some dark fruit.
M-heavy body. Almost sticky. Coats the mouth for a looong finish.
O- If you like oak char this is it. Would like a bit more subtle flavor profile but the oak dominates. Not much for vanilla, butterscotch or fruity flavors.
Tame for 120P opens up nice with a cube. Seems like more time might develop better flavors. Lots of Oak!
