Nose: warm spiced cherries, extremely subtle peat, hints of toasted coconut, vanilla
Palate: thick, oily mouthfeel, vanilla, some dark fruit with a touch of fruit roll up, a little honey. Overall quite sweet. There’s a touch of black tea and a trace of smoke and a touch of peat that never rises to prominence with a hint of sea salt.
Finish: early refreshing mint, slight tingling spices and a mild alcohol burn. Becomes richer malty profile, with a hint of twizzler but avoids being overly sweet. Spiced dark cherry returns late with dark chocolate. Again with very subtle peat and smoke.
