Single large ice cube. The warmth and syrupy sweetness are cut significantly, but there is enough character to stand up to ice. The spice is dimmed, but the burnt caramel, and toasted wood notes remain. While I most often enjoy spirits neat, this rum stands up to ice, and offers a different experience from straight.
