On Single Large Ice Cube
Oh, that’s a completely different experience from neat. So the fruit and nuttiness are gone, the phenolic notes are cranked to eleven. On ice, this is like a really tasty paint thinner, or maybe camp fuel, industrial cleaner? Just like the brine, and smoke from a peated Scotch sound awful when described but taste fantastic, this was similar to me. I probably won’t have this over ice again though as it is so tasty neat.
