Vanilla and ethanol on the nose. First taste is caramel corn and apple pie. Rye adds a nice spice at the end. I love this mash better than BT, ER, etc. Long finish too. Great stuff. Not worth the crazy hype but if I see a bottle at or just above SRP I’ll grab it.
