Nose: Light peat and toffee. Some hints of citrus. Getting notes of stale popcorn on more recent tastings. Palate: is not completely overpowering on the peat which opens up to caramel and brine. Finish: light peat, brine and slightly bitter. Smooth with no alcohol burn. Very nice for casual sipping if you enjoy peated whiskey.
