TheGuild club taste- HA: 4/29/21
Light golden in color, the peat of this 40 ppm whisky enters the nose with the pungent tang of the briny sea. The palate, however, is soothed by citrus, vanilla, and sweetness from the time spent in French wine casks. Add 2-3 drops of water to open it up a bit and enjoy the complexity of warmth, peat, spice and more of that wine cask sweetness.
