Really good. Gotta be honest, not sure I could pick out what style of whiskey this is. You have to put 3-4 drops of water in this. It's a game changer. Cereal notes explode with nice toasted grain and more vanilla and spice. Many notes similar to Bourbon. (not a shock given the Barrels used) This whiskey is about the finish. The burst of flavor is nice, but really subtle. The finish on the other hand is lingering and really nice. Vanilla & caramel Aroma stays true.
