The first time I had this a couple years ago I remember not being impressed. Coming back to the bottle lost in the back of the cabinet I find it having excellent flavor. Having a second pour while grilling burgers I find it being flavorful with a dry spice to it. At 100 proof this will sneak up on you as I’m having with an ice ball. Need to have this neat on a different night. May get into a Knob Creek kick.
