Whilst some find the molasses content far too high, I find the rich, deep and versatile profile make this a rum you can turn to on any occasion - whether it’s sat pool side on ice or huddled inside neat by the fire. The only thing I’ve found better is the more aged and refined expressions such as the Ambassador.
