I’m pleasantly surprised with this one. Incredibly good for the price. Wild Turkey 101 is all “sweet and heat” with some pleasant vanilla and baking spices notes and a nice long finish. My only criticism is it is a little sharp and a little thin, but heads and shoulders above other bourbons at the same price point. Very sippable!
