I’m surprised how much I like this one! I think I’m going to replace my Macallan 12 with this one for a pleasant highland single malt. Nose: Citrus, honey, and vanilla Palate: Sweet and citrus at first that evolves into a waxy, honey, and a faint puff of smoke Finish: Lemon, pepper, honey Edit: I’m getting pear notes after further tastings.
