Only my second time tasting this whiskey. Very rich and concentrated is what I would call it; lots of flavours including a strong cereal/malt note. Has a cough drop note in the palette. Numbs the tongue if you don’t dilute it with a little bit of water. It’s definitely an excellent dram full of intensity and proof. You can get easily hammered on this stuff so enjoy accordingly. Update: on my third bottle; I’ve had batch 67, 70 and back to 67 which is excellent. Pretty much my favourite scotch whiskey.
