I was pleasantly surprised by this one! Quite hard to pin down, but once you’ve got it, it’s truly unique. For uniqueness, I place it up there with Caol Ila. I would say damp linguine covered in thyme and sage with a hint of earl grey tea chocolate. Very serendipitous!
