Appearance: Light gold-brown in color, think of a transparent caramel.
Legs: After a couple swirls; tight and uniform tears slowly made their way back down to the body of the Glencairn.
Nose: Warm caramel, vanilla bean, subtle oak/barrel, light fruit ~plum and Ranier cherries.
Taste: On the front is a light and smooth/ velvety caramel which slowly turns into a pleasant spice in the middle that melts away disappears into a subtly oak and fruity finish.
