Nose: bright crisp red apple, cinnamon, touch of vanilla, a subtle hint of fresh bread. Like an apple pie with a hint of ethanol burn and a little oak undertone.
Palate: moderately thick mouth feel, honey and vanilla, oak, a couple layers of spices predominantly cinnamon, a little bready.
Finish: honey, vanilla, cinnamon, a touch of leather, a hint of oak late but fades back to apple and vanilla
