Nose - strong on the honey, subtle flower petals, pineapple, orange peels, I find something new each dram which is quite fun
Taste - smooth on the palate, added H2O and it really brings out the flavor, apricots, honey
Finish - sweet, lasts for a moment and fills the mouth with an explosion of honey but leaves very quickly, it ends with an almost long draw of sweetness that keeps fading, slight burn on the nostrils as I exhale
Score - 3.75, after tasting with and without H2O, I would advise adding a drop or two
