I was fortunate to get a sample of this from a friend. I really enjoy this! Fantastic! Nose - It pretty much just smells like a green apple jolly rancher. Palate - Classic Irish notes (shortbread cookie, green apple, vanilla). The taste kind of reminds me of a coconut macaroon. Nice creamy texture. Finish - As with basically every Irish whisky, the finish is short to medium due to the low proof. However, I don’t pick up any of the metallic notes I usually get with Irish whisky.
