Nose is toffee/caramel. Very pleasant. Taste is sweet oak. Caramel, a bit of citrus. A slight metallic hint. Finish is sweet, medium, a bit of peppery spice. 5 drops of water shifts the caramel/toffee to milder vanilla on nose and adds some citrus. Taste becomes more muted and more peppery. I prefer it without the water. Note it is the neck poor.
