Tastes

Nose is toffee/caramel. Very pleasant. Taste is sweet oak. Caramel, a bit of citrus. A slight metallic hint. Finish is sweet, medium, a bit of peppery spice. 5 drops of water shifts the caramel/toffee to milder vanilla on nose and adds some citrus. Taste becomes more muted and more peppery. I prefer it without the water. Note it is the neck poor.

Chocolate covered cherry nose. Chocolate, cherry, pepper on tongue. Long finish.

I couldn’t finish the pour. Only one every for me. Bad finish flavor.

Very nice. Maple, caramel nose. Maple rich sweet taste. Oak. Finish is very nice, not dry at all. My favorite to date.

Boring, one dimensional. The only bourbon to date I do not like.

Nose: sweet and light buttery/carmel popcorn (kettle corn maybe). With both the nose and palette you’d never believe it’s over 60% ABV. Be careful it drinks easier than 40% ones. Palette: buttery smooth and butter taste. Spices: cinnamon , oak. Finish: medium and oaky, peppery and lightly toasted marshmallows One of my favorites
