Just tried WT101 for the first time. Might be the most flavorful/complex "commodity" bourbon I've tried so far (granted I've only tried a few "commodity" bourbons). That strong butterscotch aroma, powerful charred oak and caramel flavor that changes over time, pretty dang good. Would absolutely buy again. But I gotta admit that 101 proof punches you in the face haha. I don't have the pallette to enjoy much beyond like 90 proof yet
