Last drops pour of a bar bottle.
Nose- Clean salty breeze, gentle smoke at the end. Middle has a typical sweet backing of meat and wood cooking.
Taste- smoke much stronger on the pallette but still gentle. Definitely peat but balanced compared to some over wrought bottles being done today. Salty brine. Underneath that is a sweeter cherry and baked pie crust that never quite comes to the surface for me until the finish.
Finish- those sweet notes that came out fade and it's a cold beach day with mossy rocks, salty seaweed, oily smoked fish and diesel. Somehow that is amazing.

Nice review 👏 I like your mix of different notes. It’s some dram alright!
