Let sit for about 5 minutes. 👀: Pale hay-colored notes with sun-kissed gold wheat imbued within, strange that there's hardly any tears after swirling but rather drops sticking to the sides; 👃: Sweet, malty notes, butterscotch, marzipan, honey; 👅: Smooooooooth! Straight up sweetness typical of barley Scotch, right before that you taste the initial weird funky taste; 🏁: Not too lingering, no astringent taste at all, taste disappears quickly, essentially recalibrating your taste buds. This is a beautiful Japanese whisky.
