🍾 First uncorking, let sit for about 5 minutes 🧐 Greenish hues, very light hay, legs are thin 🥸 Fresh cut grass, vegetal, lightly sweet, vanilla 😝 Sharp ethanol hits you hard and fast, a little pepper, vanilla 🥴 Very quick finish, clean and dissipates

🍾 First uncorking, let sit for about 5 minutes 🧐 Golden hues with a little orange ochre 🥸 Vegetal and sweet, not super sweet however, some vanilla, pepper, some creamy bubbly notes like root beer 😝 Very creamy mouthful, oily, sweet, vanilla 🥴 Extremely beautiful finish, tastes like you just sipped a root beer, finish is a bit long but well worth it

🍾 First uncorking, was in the fridge, let sit for about 5 minutes (I was a bit congested so I'll have to try another time when I'm not to give a real review) 🧐 Medium dark hay with a bit of thickness 🥸 Sweet vegetal, vanilla, a bit of butterscotch 😝 thick mouth feel at first taste, vanilla notes, some medicinal 🥴 long finish, might need to wash with water to clean

First opening 🍾 Let sit for about 5 minutes. 🧐 Light clear liquid in the bottle, light ochre; 🥸 Very vegetal and sugar heavy, hints of smoke; 😝 Sweet and chocolate notes, a little sugarcube in the middle, oily, vanilla; 🥴 very short finish, great for those who want to switch it up

Uncorking 🍾 Let sit for about 5 minutes 👀: Deep orange hues in the bottle, when poured into a glass it becomes light sunset with thick legs; 👃🏽: Thick vegetal whiff; sweet sugar cane; fruity notes; a bit funky; 👅: Really oily and peppery at the lips; extremely rich; thick and syrupy; a splash of lime; 🏁: The pepper taste and oiliness remains on the finish; remains a bit longer than I would have liked but I still approve.

Uncorking 🍾 Let sit for about 5 minutes 👀: While waiting for the bottle to air, pale straw notes can be seen; very clear; 👃: Smells very vegetal and grassy; sweet sugar cube whiff; a bit of pepper in there; 👅: Really oily; pepper notes fleck throughout; really sweet notes; some lemon and lime in there at the end; 🏁: Taste does linger for a bit; the citrus remains; very refreshing; chef's kiss

First uncorking 🍾 Let sit for about 5 minutes since the bottle was frozen 👀: Light ochre and legs stuck to the walls in chunks; 👃: Agave and cube sugar abound; vegetal; some vanilla; 👅: Some spicy notes; sweetness at the end; vanilla; 🏁: Finish isn't that long; pineapple is detected; great finish!

First bottle opening 🍾 Let sit for about 5 minutes 👀: Clear as crystal, legs are thick and teary on the walls, as expected; 👃: Very vegetal, vanilla and pepper spices; can smell a bit of richness coming up; 👅: For some reason I can taste some saltiness to it, the richness I detected on the nose can be tasted now, spicy pepper also, a little vanilla, and at the end there comes the high proof; 🏁: Lingers quite a bit, although I can taste the alcohol at the end, it doesn't carry over too much. Once the taste disappears though, it's wiped clean. Only thing is I'm not sure what a second dram will do. Only one way to find out 🤞

Poured at the restaurant. 👀: Pale amber and thin legs; 👃: Very fruity notes on the nose, syrupy; 👅: Thick and syrupy on the lips, sugarcane taste from start to finish, a little vanilla; 🏁: Short lingering taste, dissipates quickly so you can move on to the next pour.
