I decided to drop it a half point on the second tasting because it actually became more muted in the flavors you want while becoming more tannic. Nose is great sweet oaky slight Dustyness like an old book. Palate is slight blackberry bitters and burnt French bread with boiled peanut shells on it.

@BDanner. so much so I thought there had to be multiple batches as part of this release and the one I got just sucked. WB saffle blows this out of the water. even the bond and Lillard is better albeit different since the B&L is pretty floral. I will say I noticed similarities between the B&L and RR13. if you took a drop of old lady perfume and added it to the RR13 they would be like father and son with the RR13 being the barrel proof version of the b&l.
The reviews for this one are all over the place.
