Very tasty amaro. Like herbally bittersweet chocolate and orange blossom. A bit on the sweet and syrupy side for me to drink neat, but over ice with some orange peel makes for a great dessert drink. My favorite way to use it, though, is in a Black Manhattan with Cardamom bitters. Delicious!
