Over the last few weeks, I have been putting together recipes from both of my grandmothers and writing them down for the family. One of my grandmothers has a Peach Cobbler recipe that calls for a fair amount of peach brandy and I picked this up to try it. Before I start the review the cobbler was great. In the glass, it coats the sides nicely and on the nose is light peach and vanilla. The body is nice and mild with more peach flavors and a slight touch of burn but at the end is the chemical taste that I do not like. The finish is a little long for such a low-proof liquid with sweet peach with me till the end. I have not found any drinks to make with this yet but I am looking. The price is nice and the liquid inside is not too bad either. Enjoy.
