Nose: refreshing, typical Irish cooper pot aroma, green fruits (lots of green apples), light vanilla, hard candy, some spices, apple seeds bitterness. Palate: soft but you can still feel a presence. Cooper, cloves, green apple peels. Finish: refreshing, grassy, fruit peel. Nice sherry cask influence. Overall light and well balanced dram.
