N:new oak, sour cherry/ raisins - prominent sourness, green apples, Carmel candy, menthol or anise, a lighter herbal quality such as mint chocolate or basil even, lemon
P: initially caramel and the sour fruit followed quickly by dry oak - the dryness lingers with cinnamon spice or and apple cider vinegar
O: Interesting flavors, good complexity especially for how young it is, a little uneven on the palate and a bit too fresh on the oak and too dry on the back end, could be very nice to see this older and more calmed down
