Nose: read apples, mature aromatic fruits, bourbon cream + wood, toast. Interesting, complex and rich aroma.
Heavier aroma than Green Spot, not so crisp.
Less bourbon notes than RedBreast 12,
Palate: sweet vanilla at first touch, intense after, dry, Irish typical pot taste, spices.
Finish: nice and soft with light tart notes.
I like nose more than RedBreast 12, because bourbon notes is downgrade for me. Also love Powers 46% vol. Definitely adds a character.
But palate and finish I prefer in RB 12, especially aftertaste...
I pleasantly surprised by Powers 12...
Really as good as famous RedBreast 12. For someone may be even better...
