Distiller nailed the tasting notes on this one. Charcoal, vanilla, brown sugar and barrel spice on the nose. Surprisingly smooth considering the proof, but it's thick with vanilla, caramel and brown sugar on the palate with just the right amount of barrel spice. Great stuff.
