Vanilla and butterscotch up front with a surprising floral note. A nice twist on a typical bourbon flavor profile. The middle has a nice nutty note and then the spice makes an appearance. At 50% ABV the alcohol let’s you know it’s there. On the finish more vanilla and white pepper spice, not too intense but nice and balanced. The finish is medium to medium-long leaving you with a light tobacco note.
