Nose of mesquite smoke, oak, grape jelly, barbecue sauce, maple syrup, cinnamon, sour cherry and cranberry, plum, vanilla and brown sugar. Smoky sweet taste; wood, vanilla, char, mesquite smoke, cherry, syrup and caramel. Unique and interesting, but in small doses; it’s a bit too sweet and jammy.
