Nose: Juicy dark fruit, nuts, leather, Tootsie Rolls, vanilla frosting, anise and citrus peels.
Palate: Juicy dark fruit, anise, leather, Tootsie Rolls, vanilla frosting, nuts and citrus peels with a touch of that “sweaty” unintegrated wine note.
Finish: Long -> Juicy dark fruit, leather, nuts and that “sweaty” unintegrated wine note.

Belgrove rye whiskies (from Tasmania) are also sometimes dried with sheep dung, but they are obscure even here in Australia. If you have a particularly pungent batch where Peter let it smoke for a while and the dung was still moist (eew) you really get a whiff of farmyard.
@Bourbon_Obsessed_Lexington that Floki peated is made with dung smoked barley ( sheep dung). It’s funky. A bit too funky.
That name though… leaves me confused which whiskey is made with dung-smoked barley… not this I’m guessing, but the name leaves me guessing
Wow I read there were only 500 bottles of this produced. Pretty cool you got a chance to try it.
