Nose: Honied fruit, graham, cocoa, malty sweetness, leather and citrus, a bit nutty.
Palate: Dried fruit, honey graham, strawberry shortcake, leather and Tootsie rolls.
Finish: Medium -> Dried strawberries and graham.

It sounds like you enjoyed it, tasting delicious and detailed notes on flavors and aromas I only wish I could perceive. Why would you give it a 3 then? I rate things on the value-for-coat scale and this one is close to a $50 whiskey. Maybe not $70 and certainly not worth anything near $100. But for what it is, it's pretty darn good.
