Single Malt — Highlands, Scotland

Nose: ginger, chocolate, ripe dark fruits and a but of tobacco
Palate: oak, vanilla, dark fruits, spicy cinnamon, and what is definitely raisins
Finish: slightly bitter oak, light fruit, nuttiness and with this glass autumn leaves. Short but pleasant.
Definitely worth the price for a sherried scotch, it's not quite a Sherry bomb but it hits all the right notes. I will say it evolves with time, the first pour is not the same as halfway through the bottle
