Tasted in a rocks glass... and it's a little cold?, so muddled... Nose: Classic bourbon brown sugar, kick of spicy... peppercorn?, very slight apple, cake batter (birthday cake) Nose after swirl: Ethanol comes out swinging, apple moves more to the forefront pushing out the sugar sweetness Pallete: Very thin mouthfeel, follows through on the nose in a watered-down way... tastes like it would make a great mixer Finish: fleeting, slight sweetness overpowered by... nothingness Not impressed, I don't get the hype
