Appearance: Apple juice color.
Nose: Yuzu, strong alcohol scent, dried apricot.
Palate: Strong alcohol burn, complex notes roll on slowly, caramel, subtle fruit notes appear midway, lingers on the tongue. Slightly bitter on the sides of the tongue.
Finish: Burn fades slowly.
Overall: Complexity is very nice, overshadowed by the high proof, might go well cut with water.
With a dollop of water: Molasses and caramel notes come out stronger. Malt. Image is of a viscous sugary liquid.
