Appearance: Dark reddish brown. Nose: Sharp alcohol burn, apple and malt stick out. Palate: Harsh alcohol burn. Fruit and malt. Cherries. Nice but the alcohol is overpowering. Finish: Medium. Burn fades. Cranberry and cherry linger. Overall: Delicious but heavy alcohol. Might need to cut with water.

Appearance: Apple juice color. Nose: Yuzu, strong alcohol scent, dried apricot. Palate: Strong alcohol burn, complex notes roll on slowly, caramel, subtle fruit notes appear midway, lingers on the tongue. Slightly bitter on the sides of the tongue. Finish: Burn fades slowly. Overall: Complexity is very nice, overshadowed by the high proof, might go well cut with water. With a dollop of water: Molasses and caramel notes come out stronger. Malt. Image is of a viscous sugary liquid.
