Nose: very bright on the nose and potent. Tons of bread and I get some smoke after nosing a bit. Palate: very grainy and some spice to it. Not much on the sweet side though Finish: holy smoke. Out of nowhere it just opens up like someone lit a flame. Overall: incredibly interesting. The late smoke really got me good. I’m still not a big peat guy but I dig the uniqueness
