Bottle kill on this one tonight. A lot less sweet than I remember it being at the start. It was like candy when we cracked it open. A little bit more earthy, piney and harsh on the nose now. Palate brings it to life though: Coats nicely. Hits with sweetness of darker chocolate, rye spice follows. Wee bit dry to finish but it gives a nice hug and the 110 proof is just about right. Will certainly buy again and just drink it faster. Cheers
