Banana, chocolate, citrus, caramel, pear, like a green caramel apple. On the palate it is smooth with hints of vanilla. Well its been 2-3 years. And ohh do i have to edit. First off im a bourbon drinker so keep that noted. So my sister and her husband got me this as a gift which I am very greatful for (he’s going to see this). On the nares it smells very sweet with notes of green apples & caramel. On the palate… same with slight hint of vanilla. But to be honest…. Kind of similar to crown apple/vanilla mixed. The wife guessed crown apple on a blind tasting😆
