Nose: very grassy. The last time I smelled this hardcore of a rye was Buleitt Rye. There’s a little sweet undertone but I have a feeling it won’t be on the palate Palate: incredibly bitter instantly. Almost like a corn beef dip that has a ton of dill in it. Rye and dill are very potent. Finish: short and there’s the sweetness! Didn’t think I’d taste it. Overall: I like some ryes. Not this one though lol
