Nose - Very light and floral. Lightly toasted brown sugar, and bright oak. A little bit of custard and honey.
Palate - Whoah, baked apple pie with cinnamon on top. Lots of barrel char that turns into baking spices. Honey dew on flowers that compliment the oak. A little bit of butterscotch at the end. Mouthfeel is pretty thin.
Finish - Finish is oaky and sweet, like the inside of a creme brulee.
