One of the thicker Booker profiles in recent memory. Big sweet nose of brown sugar. Rested in charred white oak barrels which gives it a deeper brown-amber color. Big notes of peanut butter and caramel - sweetness even more pronounced with a drop of water

Usually I like Bookers a little more with a few drops of water to open it up. the flavors are sometimes too condensed and need some coaxing. This onethough, not so much. I truly enjoyed it immensely right out of the bottle
