So excited to get my hands on this bottle. Blend of 9, 12, 14, and 15 year old bourbons at barrel proof -120.8. Awesome nose on this: candied cherry (bright red jar of maraschino cherries), caramel, toffee, frosted 🍫 cake. Oily viscous with more pronounced oak than I excpected. Some vanilla and baking spice. Finish is lengthy with more pronounced vanilla and a bit of spicy tobacco. Nearly perfect, just the predominance of oak is the only consideration. Maybe makes this a 4.9 vs. 5.06.0 USD per Bottle

High West Cask Strength
Blended American Whiskey — USA
