Heavy baked banana bread with caramel and vanilla on the nose with a light spicy cinnamon, chocolate raisin and burnt caramel chip taste. Long toasted milk chocolate barrel finish. This is the 71.9% abv one. I can't wait to run into the high proof ones as well. The Elijah Craig Barrel Proof C919 is hotter than this at a lower proof. Not that I didn't like it but, it's crazy how well the proof is hidden on this. Jack Daniel's definitely impressed me with this. Wish I had more bottles of this. Not only is it an amazing whiskey but, the bottle design is pretty damn sweet.
