Nose: Berry infused dark chocolate, light Turkish tobacco smoke, smoked cheddar cheese, smoked sausages, rich treacle, a hint of maple, manukah honey, hot & sweet chilli peppers, wintergreen mint, honey and toffee, moderately old caramel, classic lohin McKinnon chocolate malt/paint note, red fruity berries (white cranberry, strawberry, raspberry), light grape bubblegum, white pepper, rich dark oak sweetness, light peat smoke, pickled button mushrooms, green and black cured olives, earthy peat, mixed apples and nectarines, candied lemon and lime peel, slight grape must, toasted marshmallows
Palate: Manukah honey, wintergreen mint, blueberry mint compote, light oakiness, candied orange peel with black pepper, spicy oak, jalapeño, red apple peels, sweet oak and toasted marshmallow, light mixed berries (white and red cranberry, raspberry, strawberry), wine must, sweet malt, candied lemon peel and lime peel
Finish: Light smoky coastal peat, mint and lavender soap floral notes, mixed apple skins, light sweet oak, slight green paprika, fresh sweet lemon juice, sweet herbal notes, sweet honey, red apple and malt
