Opened about 4 months ago. Been trying to like this but it just hallow. The expert review just seems way off. Color is a deep amber. Nose is very good. Sweat peat. Deserts syrup. The palate balanced for sure with a nice peat, salty honey. Most of taste is in the finish with a phenolic tanic finish as well as sweet salty. Few drops of water improve the experience.
